You need to read the License Agreement of iKode Help Desk primarily. This license agreement contained the copyright, the definitions, the disclaimer and the free edition utilize agreement. You should read this carefully to make sure you will obey the rules contained in the license agreement. Mark "Yes, I have read and agreed to the terms of agreement" to continue.
In step 2, the software will check your system automatically to make sure every part of your system can meet the minimum requirement of our software, including the PHP version, the database version and Zend optimizer. If there is any part cannot meet the minimum, you cannot continue to the next step.
You need to fill up some parameters in this step, such as your MySQL host address, Database name, Table Prefix, Database Account and Database password. Before entering the installation step, you should test all the parameters you filled in. Then click "Start Install" to continue.
Congratulations! The installation procedure is done. Considering the data safety, you need to delete, move or rename the "installer" directory from server. Then click" visit installed program" to start to use the software.
